When you have entered a main category page, clicking
on most of the product names will lead you to a page with full details
of that product. |

You can get back to the main category page at
any time by clicking the main button set on the left again, or by
clicking the "back" button on your browser controls or click
the back button on the product page. |

We normally ship by Australia Air Express at a standard charge of $22.
Heavy or bulky items will be charged at cost.

If you wish to buy any item in the site just click
the "Buy it" button next to any item listed or on it's product
page.
You will see a page confirming the item you have chosen.
You will be then be asked to enter the number of these items you wish
to buy.
The next page you see is the 'Shopping Basket'. (You can reach this
page at any time by clicking the "Shopping basket" button
in the main left hand button set.)
You can change the quantities of any product by highlighting the number
in the quantity box, entering a different number and clicking the
"Update" button.
To remove an item, click the "Remove item" button. |

At this point if you wish to continue shopping
just use any
of the left hand buttons to visit any other section of the site. |

If you wish to checkout, just click the 'Shopping
Basket' button
When you have clicked the "Checkout" button you will be
presented with a form to fill in which includes your personal and
credit card details.
Please fill these details in carefully otherwise we will not be able
to process your order.
Also if you have ordered accessories, please select the model that
they are to be used with on this form.
Click the "submit" button when you are finished and your
order will be submitted!
A final page will be presented to you confirming all the details of
your
order, and and e-mail will also be sent to you to confirm your purchase

If you are presented with an alert stating that
you need to enable 'cookies', then note that failing to do so will
mean that you will be unable to order our products from your browser.
If you wish to enable the browser cookie option, follow the instructions
below for your system :-
Internet Explorer 6.0:- go into "TOOLS", click on "INTERNET
OPTIONS" then click the "PRIVACY" tab. Click the "Advanced"
button and choose "Accept"
Internet Explorer 5.0:- go into "TOOLS", click on "INTERNET
OPTIONS" then click the "SECURITY" tab. Click "Internet
", then "Custom Level", scroll down to "Cookies" and
choose "Enable".
Internet Explorer 4.0:- go into "TOOLS", click on "INTERNET
OPTIONS" then click the "ADVANCED" tab. Scroll down to the
yellow exclaimation icon under "Security" and choose the "
Enable Cookies" option.
MACINTOSH:- With Netscape Navigator:- go to 'EDIT', select 'PREFERENCES',
then the 'ADVANCED' option, and set to 'accept all cookies'.
MACINTOSH:- With Internet Explorer:- go to 'EDIT', and select 'PREFERENCES',
then in the new panel choose 'RECEIVING FILES',and then the sub selection
'COOKIES', and set the option for "when receiving cookies"
to anything other than "never accept". |
